Some of my overgrowing pink and golds fell on top of a brown and green acan. When I attempted to lift them off I pulled the end of the pallys and it lifted the acan frag right out of the sand. I shook a lil and it became obvious the acan had the head of one of the pallys in its mouth. After snapping a pic I grabbed the end of the frag and pulled it out. It was pretty well in there. Came free with a tug. Should I have let it alone. Wouldn't have missed the pallys! Lol

lol acans eat anything that touches them! Once some algae fell into mine and ate it right up.

Agree my acans eat floating majano polyps that happen to land on them. Now the ripping out of mouth, i never did. Only time will tell if any damage occurred, probably none.
