So i rented a par meter yesterday, and i got 85 on the candy canes island, 110-120 on the lps garden, 96-110 on the torch, 85 on the lobo, and bottom sand level. Do i bother moving the torch? Ot increasing my light? The torch is happy

Which meter?

It matters since if you have one that needs a correction factor or does not have a cosign corrected sensor, then these readings are likely on the low side. They could also be pretty accurate if you got a good meter.

That is a good one. You can trust those to be pretty accurate without correction.

I keep my LPS between 300-500, but they don't need that much. You are likely fine the way that you are, but a bit more is no problem either.

Im at 40% with radions xr30, g6 pro. I probably going to do 1% a day to reach 50%. Also was wondering for the candy canes since they are gettinf 85 par increasing 10%? Would it hurt them?

I had those red with white stripe candy canes in a shallow flat under 400w Halides at like 1000 PAR. They can handle plenty of good light, but they don't really need it.

Mix in some full spectrum and you should be totally fine doubling or tripling those numbers if you do it slowly. If you go fast or stick with too much blue, then you can have some issues.

I am using the PHX14 program and the kelvin set to 1600K. My tank alot of zoas and building on lps..Plan to have 4 or so key sps on top rock work of tank. At which time I my use the kelvin slide to 1500K or so...I found the AB+ to much for zoa and lps....plus we like the mild blue look...

What intensity did you set the AB+ for those numbers?
