PAR Meters

I am thinking on getting the Daño Plus PAR meter.

Does anyone has experience with this PAR meter?? I heard there is a correction favor bot some say is + 20-30 others say multiply by 1.7-1.8.

An earlier version of the meter needed the correction factor, but it is my understanding that the newer models are better.

If I buy it on Amazon. Do you know how can I know if it is the newer model??
