I currently have an 8 bulb tek light with 7 blue plus and a purple plus over 80 gallon shallow tank. It's a mixed reef with SPS dominant corals. I currently have about 350 par reading just below the waters surface, 2 inches and 235 on the sandbed. Used apogee par meter.
Light is currently about 14 inches above the waters surface. Should I lower my light? Getting decent growth, colors are ok...just curious what people think.
