Update:


My sulphur nitrate reactor was making the water too clean and my lps are taking a hit. So finally after 3 months decided to remove the nitrate reactor yesterday.


To give you a perspective, before I used to feed my tank once every two days. And with the nitrate reactor on I was feeding twice a day and it was still not enough. Iam impressed by how effective the sulphur denitrators are.

Garry,the sps were flourishing and also had good color. But as you can tell I am more of an lps and acan guy. So I have to see what more I can do to strike the balance. May go to a powerful skimmer.

Sorry was gone for couple of months. Had a tank crash , lost all my lps and sps collection. Half of the zoa collection made it through. Finally things seem to be stabilizing , I will probably start with rescaping my rock work and then start collecting again.


I am looking for ideas for rockscaping?
