Just thought it’d be fun to share. I saw it on Humble and I haven’t watched all of it yet, but Carolina Reefers hosted a friendly debate between @Paul B and HumbleFish on October 16th.

I listened to all of the first interview and will finish listening to the one just posted.
My takeaway from this: stress, gut cavity bacteria, immune system

I don't disagree. My takeaway over the last 30 years reading Paul's posts, and others, is that one needs to have a method and be consistent with it.

Not constant churn or change - just whatever road or path you choose to follow stay on it.

BTW not saying your takeaway is wrong as I think we are somewhat on the same page. Hope your day is well.

LOL, I bought two fish from Petco yesterday.
