PC4 Flashing Status Light

I recently received a used PC4 and today added it into my system. When powered the status light flashes. I checked the firmware and it is current. When I add it to my system it causes an SL1 and an adjacent PC4 to flash their status lights. Don't know about the other modules on my system. Please advise if this is defective or if it needs to be reset. And if reset how do I do that? Thanks.

I also noticed that it shut down my system when I tied it in. Set off all of the alarms.

There was also a steady blue light on channel 2 that I cleared by pushing the corresponding channel button. The bar manual says to hold any button for 2 seconds and the bar will reset from amber to green. This one doesn't do that. Any help is appreciated.

do you see it registering from the head unit? I always reboot the system when installing new modules. I've also had to factory default my controller occasionally to recognize things correctly.

I would say you need to perform an interrupted update to reset it.

Did the interrupted update twice with no success. After completing the process the status light still flashes amber instead of solid green when I power up the module. Not looking to tie this into my system as the last time I did this the system crashed. Is this bar dead?
