So I have a 38 peninsula aio with 2 clowns 1 watchman 1 pistol shrimp 2 hermits 4 snails tons of bristle worms and critters do you think 1 pinch of pellets at 9am and some frozen brine at 230pm is enough current nitrate is below 4ppm and phosphate is minimal as well. I will also say the pellets are dispersed by my auto feeder and frozen is hand fed.

I would say yes you feed enough. Personally I feed 3-4 times per day, but its your choice if you want to feed more, what you feed now is adequate.
