Can I put skunk cleaner shrimp with my peppermint shrimp.

A fool knows you can't touch the stars, but a wise man still reaches.

Im going to start a fish wash for my new tomini tang thanks for the help.

I have 15 shrimp in my tank. Two Fire Shrimp, two Cleaner Shrimp, four Sexy Shrimp, two Pederson Shrimp, two Coral Banded shrimp, two Peppermint Shrimp, and a Pistol Shrimp. Never had a fatality. They just need their own territory to call home.

I had a cleaner shrimp for over a year. After everyone telling me it would be fine to add peppermint shrimp I purchased two. Within 48 hours the cleaner was dead. Coincidence? Maybe

Tank size will probably be a factor also.

I needed a good laugh. Do you think the two of them conspired together to get the cleaner or it was just coincidence?

I am glad my experience entertains you.
As far as the shrimp I think the peppermints killed it.

I wasn't laughing at you; it was your writing prowess. I have breeding tanks for peppermints and cleaners. I don't mix the two, but I always thought that if it came down to it the cleaner would win?

That's what I would have thought also. I think they seen the aptasia they were up against and figured the cleaner would be less of a fight.

Sounds like my tank; you're killing me. I think, really, that the aiptasia ate the last peppermints I put in there, really.
