Nope! This is a pond feeder!!! It holds 5 pounds of food, a controller, rechargeable battery and a solar cell for charging!

Hi all! Did the modification to the feeder as directed by Marco, it worked for awhile then quit ☹️ I am just not up for fooling with it anymore so I started looking and found this !
. Automatic Aquarium Fish Feeder, ASF-1 Super Feeder with Analog Timer https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000MU7ZF6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_ROYyAbQNSYSE8

What are your thoughts?
I'm surprised it broke. Mine is still going strong, just recently replaced the batteries.
Wonder what voltage power supply you were using.

odd. the motor in mine was rated for 2.5-10v I think, and the dual AA's would provide 3vdc as well. What broke? Motor? Switch? Electronics?

I honestly don’t know, I just don’t want to spend (waste) time messing with it.

Super Feeder in place doing its job......very well built unit which I’m sure will provide years of service . The unit also offers a huge amount of adjustability with respect to food portions, GREAT product.

I intend to silicone a couple glass barriers around it so it doesn’t accidentally topple into the water.

Comes with a mechanical timer ( not used) and a 12volt adapter so it is simply plugged into the power bar and the P4 does the rest.
There is an onboard adjustment (screw type rheostat) where you adjust how long the feeding drum runs for as well as an external screw adjustment which adjusts the volume of food being delivered.

@Dumaurier7 Thanks for posting this! I've been looking for a feeder but haven't been excited with what I've found until this. Are you still happy with the unit? How long does the capacity last you? Considered getting the 1.5 gallon hopper?

Hi there, this feeder has been flawless! I am extremely happy with it. I feed once a day every day, and last for months, in fact since posting this I have only refilled once so I don’t think the additional hopper would be necessary.
