Perfecto 75 gallon clear overflow ?

Hey everyone had to sell my tank a while back due to some career moves and I am now looking at getting back into the hobby. I saw the attached tank for sale on craigslist it claims to be a perfecto. Odd thing is the overflow is square and transparent. Any thoughts on this tank good buy bad Buy ? Any experience with one ? He is asking 250 tank stand light and sump. Thanks for any advice.

There aren't 2 holes in the bottom of that square portion?

With some older units, you had to plumb the return over the top of the tank.

Thanks for the input guys I drove down this weekend and picked it up. It was sitting on a back porch and will need some elbow grease but for 200 it seems like a fair deal. I still haven't went through everything underneath to see what all is included but here is what I have inventoried so far.
1. a 75 gallon tank with built in overflow
2. a wooden stand in need of stain or varnish
3. a 48 inch 6 bulb current light setup T5HO
4. about a dozen or so extra bulbs still in boxes
5. a couple of pumps
6. a couple of power heads
7. several timers
8. a box and bucket full of god knows what all , nets , scrapers , old fish food
9. what looks to be about a 20-30 sump.
as I said I haven't done a full inventory but all in all lots of stuff for 200... Your thoughts. ???
