I am battling this persistent cyano and dino for a year and it’s frustrating

This is not a 0 nutrient tank and everyday daytime, they come back thriving due to light. I’m only using a 65W maxspect 165 at 80% brightness. Green and Red is 0. White is only 10%

why dino is appearing despite non near 0 NO3 and PO4?

Should i try adding copepod? 4 months ago dosed tank with prazi for 15 days to kill off flukes.

Dinoflagellates don't need low nutrient levels to thrive it's just one way to give them an environment where nothing else can compete with them.

To properly deal with the dinoflagellate issue it can be very helpful to identify the species. Unfortunately you will need a microscope to do so. 200 or better 400x magnification should be enough which means you don't need to spend much money if you don't know anyone who owns a microscope.

If you have readable nutrients levels while battling Cyanos and Dinos it is very likely that your actual nutrient levels are through the roof. I would start with bringing them down and manually siphoning off the Cyanos.

To me your nutrients are too high, and as mentioned above, if you have algae, then the nutrients are likely higher than what the test shows. Do you have a skimmer, or how often do you do water changes? Cyano to me is the result of increased organics and nutrients in the water. Can you post some pics of the algae?
