It’s cyano and it’s actually FINALLY starting to die off. But I just saw some bubble algae . Do you think it’s a bad bristle worm?

I haven’t met a bad one yet. I don’t mind them in my display tank, I just don’t like them in my frag tanks. Just don’t touch it with your bare hands, they sting a little. I usually feel it the next day, and some people are allergic. If you want to remove it, try tweezers, but they are good cleanup crew too.

I would use a microscope to make sure what it is first. I use Chemiclean because I am comfortable with it. But natural means are to increase the water flow and remove it with a turkey baster. It takes a while that way though.

Common bristleworm and while they are not welcome in my tanks, many regard them as clean up crew as they consume uneaten food and detritus Harmless unless you touch them with your bare hands (dont)
