Weird spider web like creature in my reef

Hello,

I am seeing this creature that looks almost like spider web but it is moving and it has these rentable like things coming out of the sand. Does anyone know what it might be?
Is it a pest?

I can see the video, and yes, it looks like a spaghetti worm (or something related). Beneficial scavenger, it feeds on waste and leftover food particles. Healthy sand is thick with them.

Oh this is awesome! Definitely scary looking but I’m glad it’s good for the tank!
