Pest id?

My blue hippo hasn't been looking to good.

Did a fresh water dip for a good 15 seconds and dropped back in tank.

When examining the fresh water found some worm looking thing.

Any id?

I have herd of something like that I think usually its in the gills or mouth. Try google

It's a Trematode, most likely.
