Any good ideas for wrasse for a 55g but I'm about to upgrade to a 250g. I'm mainly having problems with verminted snails and nudis on a frogspawn. I've try dipping the coral and it wont come off. Also I always dip coral before adding to the system. But nudi are still there. Any idea on wrasses that'll eat nudis? And something thatll eat verminted snails? I already have a yellow coris wrasse but he hasn't when for the nudis or verminted snails.

Wrasse likely will do nothing with these. For vermetids- bumble bee snails or break off at base with needle nose pliers. For nudis- remove manually as you see them

Next two weeks, look for any eggs left by nudis daily

Certainly no guarantee, but yellow coris wrasse might be a good option. There are reports of them eating vermited snails. They almost always will eat nudibranches though. Never heard of nudibranches common in the hobby that bother frogspawn though. Do you know what kind of nudis these are or have a picture?

I'm sure it's happened, but I've never seen any wrasse eat vermitids. A few people have had copperbands eat them, but none of the 25 or so I've kept ever looked at them. Best to break them off and super glue over the top.

There on my torch coral and I've try breaking em off with clippers but some dont come off

my six-line wrasse will eat vermitids...after I squish them with a screwdriver lol

Lol I've thought about getting a six line but the chance of getting a really aggressive one bothers me.

I've lucked out with mine so far, you definitely hear lots of stories about them though
