It was raising pH to 8.2-8.34 well I turned on my kalk to start raising alk and 8.45 happened just now. The days with 7.9-8.0 was kalk only Do I need to stop the skimmer ? Or turn off kalk and go 2 part. I have either or

I think if CO2 media replacement cost wasn't a factor, everyone would just use CO2 scrubbers all the time.
