Ran through calibration on my brand new PH probe a few times today and cannot get it to read correctly.
Value 1 = 7.00
Value 2 = 9.00

Using GHL pH calibration fluid.

It goes through the calibration without issue, but after complete, with the probe still in the 9.0 solution, it is reading 7.00 PH.

I put the probe in my tank and it's at 5.8. in the 7.0 solution it's reading 5.

Doesn't matter how many times I recalibrate or whether I do it on the P4 or GHL Connect or the Control Center.

Is it a bad probe? Bad solution (brand new from BRS)?

Are you calibrate from the P4 own interface (the window in front) or from app/browser?

If you use the later - you must enter 7 and 9 here (the red and the blue marking) before you start calibration I suppose you already have notice that - but I had problem to understand that by myself. I also mention this because your result indicate that you have calibrate for 4 and 7 - using fluid 7 and 9.

Thank you for the response, Lasse.

I have tried all three calibration methods, the interface on the P4, the GHL app and a laptop running Command Center connected to P4 via USB.

When initially opening the calibration tool it was set for 4 and 7, however I changed them to 7 and 9 as you indicated. I agree though, it seems as if it calibrated for freshwater anyhow for some reason.

But your ADC 1 and ADC 2 indicate that it is calibrated for 7 and 9 - here is mine calibration showing the same. If it is calibrated for 4 and 7 - ADC 1 is higher than ADC 2

I do not understand this - maybe a ticket should be send in @Vinny@GHLUSA

The only difference I see is that I have a period denoting decimal and your screenshot shows a comma. Not sure if that influences anything...
