My parameters were low (MG, cal, Alk, ph) so I've done 2 waterchanges this week. Yesterday I added 2 part and the pH Jumped a lot at first.
Should I slow down with waterchanges & 2 part of the ph gets too high?

The pH likely won't get too high (it definitely isn't now, mine was pH 8.55 at the daily peak and was fine), and I've never heard of a tank with pH too high that wasn't using limewater (kalkwasser).

pH drifting up is often calibration drift, so recalibrating it may reduce the reported value, and if you want the pH still lower, switch to baking soda for dosing. :)
