Good luck finding a healthy leopard wrasse Brett. I'm looking for one or possibly a tamarin wrasse.

Thanks Jim. They're still in stock but I cant decide if I want to go through this again or just get something else and try again later.

oohhh lah lah!! Mr Erlei looks comfy. 1smile1

Marvin, out of all the wrasse Ive owned over the years the earls is the most personable. the have big eyes and follow you around the tank seemingly very curious. Had I not fell in love with my first one I never could have dropped that kind of money on another fish. That Interuptus on DD was pretty nice though, LOL.

Nice pics!

thanks buddy, Ive been meaning to ask you, Where did you post that pic of the antler sheds sitting on the table? Ive been looking all over to get another peak.

Re-posted it from somebody on Facebook. Chasing Trophy Whitetails was the name I think.

My goodness, how many points did you say that was? Id like to find that old man in the forest, chances are I wouldn't have a tag at the time. Be glad your in TX man, the hunting in AZ doesn't compare at all.

Pics says 51 points and the guy found them somewhere in Iowa. Probably in somebody's corn field. I wish we had deer like that around here.

Nice latest photos! :)

Yes, very nice photo update Brett! Your Earl's is looking right at home too...

Thank you, he has settled in nicely, hopefully he'll be the wrasse king but I don't know the earls seem to be too friendly sometimes

What other wrasses are in there now? I ask coz my Linespot is getting big. He's the only wrasse in there so I think that's helping in his growth. Would be awesome to have a big Earl's flashing all the time.

Hahah, yes, from what we've observed, our male Earl's wrasses have been more lovers than fighters, LOL. The previous male did sort of crown himself "Lord of the Flashers" though. I think that had more to do with him having to defend himself and put the male Eightline in his place a few times when he was first introduced. Our other male fairy's were also larger than him, so I think he felt more comfortable hanging out with the flashers.

He's all by his self at the moment while I beg the reef gods to let me have some leopard wrasses live.

They are funny little curious fish. My previous one hung out with my flashers too, the Eightline would swim circles around him and he would just ignore the whole thing.

I don't think having leopard wrasses will hinder in his growth. can't wait to see him in a few months. :)

I ordered another pair of kuiteri from LA but they only had one at the time of shipping so I only got one today. She is tiny but seems to be in very good shape compared to the others that came in. She's out and about and eating mysis already, good start, wish me luck. My earlei ended up with a battle scar somehow today and now has a small chuck missing from his head, man I hope it just heals and doesn't turn into any kind of infection.
