Brett, I really enjoyed looking at your tank the other day. Thanks a lot for the chaeto. I'm sure it's Gonna grow like a weed. Your tank build thread looks awesome. It's Great to see your the progress.

Thanks. I'm not sure about the stain. A buddy of mine did it. He made two different mixes cause the stain took differently to the 1/4 ply than everything else. I believe it was a stain/lauquer mix. He probably doesn't even remember at this point. We didnt quite get as much grain to show in the wood as planned cause there was a fine line between barely getting coverage and it just being burried to the point of looking like paint. Sorry I can't be more specific, it was really just a lot of trial and error till we found something that worked.

Thanks, it's only been a couple months but so far I love them. It's really a shame they went out of business, great product IMO.
