Long story short(ish):
Controller setup was a Hydros Minnow + 2 Hydros Wifi Strips. First one of the strips would never connect. That was fine, nothing plugged in had to be controlled tightly. But the constant notifications that the wifi device was not connected in push notifications and emails was annoying. Then the second strip started losing connection and I ended up with two wifi strips that would never connect and a barrage of notifications and emails.
I got an XP8 and moved all of the wifi plugs over to the XP8. Removed the wifi devices from the Hydros Minnow screen. Removed the wifi "outputs" (they are all now on the XP8). And basically made sure there was no mention of wifi anywhere in the App.
However, I continue to get notifications that the wifi devices are not connected.
Has anyone had this before? Do I just need to do a full restart of the Hydros collective to get it to stop notifying me that the wifi strips I removed are not connected? I will probably do that on Monday when I'm back in the office instead of from distance where I can't check on the tank.
Thanks!
