Congrats! My guess is Black Ice crossed with offspring of (Snowflake x Darwin).

According to reef builders; The Phantom Clownfish is the offspring of*Premium Snowflake Ocellaris Clownfish, Black Ice Clownfish and super black Darwin Ocellaris Clownfish.

yeah. not very clear. I don't think it takes 3 clowns to make babies. ;)

Sounds confusing. hehe. Either way it's a different fish that looks cool. I am surprised no one knows for sure what the 2 parents are. I guess it's Top Secret:gossip:

I believe Black Ice are Snowflake x Darwin. You got some really nice ones :D

Hey Chris, I always thought Black Ice was (Snowflake x B&W Ocellaris)??? My guess is the Phantoms are...
(Snowflake x B&W Ocellaris) x (Snowflake x Darwin) = Phantom
Does the math work? LoL

sea and reef are very secretive about there breeding!!
it took me months! and about 30 pages of arguing with a well known breeder (an author of reef builders) to find out what the parents of my blizzards were. then that same author asked and used pics of my fish for an article on see&reef for the magazine

Snowflake ocellaris X black Darwin( aka) black n white ocellaris = black ice

Black ice x black Darwin "black n white" ocellaris= blacker ice

Blacker ice X black Darwin (aka) "black n white"ocellaris = phatoms

That's my understanding
