So on the tenth I am getting my sump up and running. All I lack is gfo and carbon reactor. I am going to buy the dual one from bulk reef supply. Should I run phosban or GFO? Whats the difference and which one is going to help me kill my green hair algae quickest? I'm tired of manually removing it and disturbing my livestock by pulling out the rock. Thanks

Phosban is GFO or granular ferric oxide. It is just a brand name used by TLF for their particular product.

SeaKlear Phosphate Remover. You don't have to worry about it going bad. Cheaper, and lasts way longer than any GFO does.
