I'm experiencing similar issues with my phosphate, nitrates ranging from 3-4, but I'm getting small little blooms of hair algae here and there. i've noticed that reef roids will raise my levels if dosed daily, i ran out so i haven't been dosing. I'm going to tag along on this post if you don't mind.
