Phosphate reactor along with other media?

Hello reefers, I have a 20g long tank. If I get a phosban reactor with gfo and rox carbon, Is running a mechanical filter with chemi pure and other media necessary?. Also Should I run the gfo and the carbon in two separate reactors?

Just do weekly water changes, and you don't need any of those items.
