The Flame Angel is renowned for its striking coloration. Its body is predominantly bright orange to red, resembling the color of flames, hence the name. It has vertical black stripes on its body, with a distinct blue-black mask covering its eyes. The dorsal and anal fins are outlined with electric blue. Provide plenty of hiding spots and live rock formations to mimic their natural reef habitat. They enjoy perching on and exploring rockwork. A well-designed aquascape can also create distinct territories for multiple fish in the tank. They are being fed a varied diet of Gamma Frozen Foods and Nutramar Complete Shots for their continued health.

The perfect captive reef fish except for their aggressive nature and coral nipping diet.
They do look better with proper feeding including Nutramar food and supplements.
