Photon V2 or Reefi? Thoughts- Have a stellar hybrid fixture

I have a reefer 750. Is a SPS dominant with some lps.

Looking for ideas to add with T5's. Thought these 2 might be good contenders.

Any thoughts?

Don't want to spend Radion prices now with all their issues on G5's.

What if I used either of these lights without hybrid?

Love the idea of hanging and am set up that way now.

Would a straight ATI T5 6 or 8 bulb not give enough pop. I could go that way as well?

Over an RS525 I used to run LED only over SPS dominant. I switched to ATI 8 X 80 watt T5 only to overcome shading.

Pros:
Coral love it. Two Part consumption took off.
I hardly need to heat the part of the house.
Acros and monti have overgrown; in the process of ripping it all apart now.

Cons:
I miss the shimmer and pop of LEDs.
I have to run the AC a bit harder in Summer.

At some point I will likely switch to Hybrid. I run hybrids over 300G of frag systems in basement. Aquatic Life fixtures are a good value, but need something more aesthetically engineered for display. Jury still out on what that will be.

If I were you, I would go with the Reefi. Dana had a great review on them and the owner is super responsive. But if you do not want to spend that kind of money, just go with T5's and at some point if you are still not happy. You can add led or two or led strips.

8x80 sunpower with an LED strip or 2. Your Sps will love it and you will not have to question your lighting one bit.
