This is my 17 gallon 20 inch x 10 inch x 18.5 inch aquarium. The goal of this tank is to keep it running for many years and to keep some of the easiest to some of the hardest corals, with only a display refugium and seagrass aquarium for filtration.
I hope to have many sps, a few encrusting chalices, a few ricordeas, and a few zoas and palys on the right island with the smaller left island dominated by chalices, zoas, palys, and other large polyp stony corals. I also hope to have a few special LPS on the sandbed.
Equipment
JBJ 12 gallon Nanocube stock pump, which is around 165gph.

Koralia 240gph nano pump, to provide extra flow for the sps.

CPR Overflow box CS50, non deluxe, may make an acrylic lid for it.

Rapidled 24 LED solderless kit

Specs- (1-10V analog) style driver 4 True Violet 2 Neutral White 2 Cool Blue 2 Cyan 6 Royal Blue 5 Warm White 3 Cool White DIY acrylic rod hanger

20 inches x 5-6 inches x 18 inches display fuge, still has to be made.

Livestock
2 Cloudy Damselfish (Dascyllus carneus)

At least 1 ORA Tiger Goby (Elacatinus macrodon)

Many SP, LPS,and soft corals

CUC composed of a few species of snails

This is it for now, many things will be bought, sold, and made in the next few months!

If I might suggest, you probably dont want to go with a 24 LED kit from rapid LED. I got that exact kit for my 24 gallon aquapod, and it burned every coral I had in there with the LEDs on 20%. I have the dimmable version(which I recommend), and have since started using only half he bulbs. IT is a dual driver kit, so using half was easy. Now my corals look really good, and SPS are growing really well. Just my experience.
