Pincushion urchin stuck my baby toadstool and he's not looking good

I don't think the pincushion urchin was trying to eat the toadstool but rather the alage on the rock the toadstool was on, and stuck it with its spines. Now the toadstool looks super swollen. Like the base of the toadstool is 5 times the size it was. Do you think he'll be ok?
