its been therw for weeks and i have no idea what it is. i dont know if its cyano or that like cotton candy algae or something

Looks like mainly hair algae and that powerhead looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. It might be time to do some maintenance on your tank.
 
GHA Algae with what looks to be a small amount of of Cyano.
