Here is a slightly less blue pic

My first post. It’s iust a really big frag right now. I’ll get a top down posted later
My bad! Open your eyes Ty! [emoji51]

Looking forward to the top-down shot.

Nice, I just got a frag from a local guy for 40 bucks and love it. I hope it branches out and doesn't stay too compact though. Velcro what size tank are you able to run those big halide bulbs over? Curious to see what it looks like and the growth/color you get.

Single bulb in a hamilton Cozumel reflector over a 36x36x27” tank.

Awesome, I have the same tank but not sure if I want to set it back up or if I want to leave everything in the 100 gallon rubbermaid tub just to keep things simple while they grow out. When I had it set up I used two large lumenark reflectors that I cut about 4 inches off of a riveted back together with two 400w radium bulbs. Still using the reflector and bulbs on the tub now. I would imagine I am dealing with a lot more heat than if I used your setup though.

I’m loving this setup man. Heat isn’t an issue but it’s winter. House is at 70F. Might need to add another fan come spring/summer but I have been able to raise the reflector pretty high now. Tank only went up 0.1 degrees today.

I got the pink cadillac about 1 month ago. It has finally started to encrust and was brown when I got it. Shipped in -40 weather! However it seems to be coloring up a little bit. I am thinking in a month it will look more like yours. The other heartbreaker that I got is green and has been encrusting and coloring up as well. My phone pictures do nothing for what it actually looks like however I think in time this will be a stunner.

I don't really understand the name as there really isn't any pink. I wouldn't trust any photo that argues otherwise.
