Pinkbar goby missing

I have a nano 30 gallon tank with a geometric pygmy Perchlet and a pink bar goby, the goby was added over 2 weeks ago and has went missing just on Thursday, the last time I saw him he was saying a healthy, I doubt he was killed by the perchlet and there are a lot of bristleworm but doubt they could kill him either, so idk what to do, but wait in hope he's still alive, is there anything I can do and how long should I wait until i should be really worried, I assume he may have moved burrows, but if he has it's not a visible one and just be in the rock

Very possible he moved to a new spot. Keep an eye out for clean sand around the rock perimeter and you might just find him. I wouldn't worry yet.
