I can't seem to find an information on tanks size requirements?

Are these peaceful with other wrasse and hardy?

Found some info on saltwaterfish.com they recommend 60 gallon tank, and claim its peaceful with other wrasses :)

From my personal experience I’d recommend a four foot tank. They will really appreciate the room and will use it all. Gorgeous fish.

Mine is 56G, 36"' x 18" x 21" high....too small?

It’s definitely not too small, they just are moderately active and will gladly use the extra room. You’d have no problem fitting one in there.
