Pintail Fairy Wrasse

Looking to rehome a pintail fairy wrasse. Pickup only in Arlington, VA. He's out of the display and chilling in my invert QT tank, eating frozen and pellets. Reason for removing him is that he started to become aggressive towards my sunburst anthias and my pink streak wrasse causing them to rarely venture out from the rocks. I figured I'd give R2R a shot before taking him to the LFS for credit.

All fish in tank were fully quarantined as are all my inverts, however I don't QT corals/frags due to lack of space (only dip). Although he doesn't show any signs of illness nor do any of the other fish in my tank, I can't guarantee he's parasite free for that reason.
