Pipefish?

Just netted this little guy in destin. I believe it's a pipefish. Any ideas??

There is not picture....but if it looks like a pipefish, it most likely is the Gulf Pipefish....common to the Gulf of Mexico and the Florida waters.

It certainly is a pipefish and hard to tell from the top view, but most likely a Gulf Pipefish....relatively common. Here's what they look like:

Thanks redfish. I have had a good couple days snorkeling. Came across 4 mako pups about 10 - 14 inches long. And uncountable jacks swimming off the jetty.
