Piping for Squirrelfish Caves?

Hello,

I am using my 90 gallon tank to create a squirrelfish species only set-up.

I want to use some sort of piping to create extensive caves behind the live rock structures, so the squirrels have a lot more room to claim as their own territory. I hope to be able to have at least 5 Individuals of the Reef Squirrelfish, or 3 of the Crown Squirrelfish. (To begin with at least. Hopefully I can get more in there, maybe even multiple species as I play with their levels of temperance.)

What piping would be best? Additionally are solvent cements safe for aquaria once cured? Would it be best to still use silicone instead?

Main restrictions are:

1. Should have an inside diameter of at least 5 inches. (That should allow the squirrels enough room to turn all the way upside down.)
2. The piping should be black or dark, including the inside. (I fear that a white or light colored tube will not provide the same security as a dark one.)
3. It has to come in elbows as well as straight sections.

If anyone would also like to offer advice on squirrelfish keeping, habitat construction, etc. that would be appreciated.
