Pixie 30 problems

So I recently purchased a pixie 30 after hearing that it does well with nano tanks. However I do have a questions for those who have used this light. So if I'm not mistaken channel 3 supposed to emit royal blue light however when I turn it on. The spectrum of it is pretty white, nothing close to royal blue or blue at all. So I contacted the seller and they sent me another light but it's the same thing. Am I just understanding things wrong or are channels 3 & 2 white in color
