Hi Pizza People,
If you could have your pizza anyway you want, simple, complicated, just Roni, cheesy, lots of of sauce, no sauce, little chunks of delicious tomatoes, thin and crispy, thick and doughy, you know , just the way you love it.
Personally I love a thin crispy crust topped with a savory light sauce with little crushed bits of tangy tomatoes, frag disc size pieces of mozzarella cheese, Prosciutto, portabello mushrooms, and a nice chair to nap in after!!!!! :)

Skinz I couldn't agree more, topping on top of the cheese is a must, if the meats aren't cooked well to crispy its just not as good. Another thing is too many toppings just doesn't cook well. Meatlovers classic

This is a pizza from "the original" Grimaldi's pizzeria in NY.
It's good, I've had better of this same style, but it was the easiest to image search in seconds. It's also a must go to if you're going to be in NY & like to do all the touristy things.
WARNING: in the summer the Fulton St. location will have lines around the corner, you will wait an hour for a table and they do not sell slices.

Pineapple and pepperoni pizza is what i'm craving

When I was a kid my favorite pizza hands down was Hawaiian pizza, something about the zing of the pineapple is just great with any meat. It's still one of my favs but my taste has changed with age a bit.
