Planning to start a reef tank (new)

Hi, so I'm planning to start a reef tank. Have a rough layout of how i want to set it up. Not much space, so i dont have space for a sump. The following is my plan for the layout of my tank. I was wondering if I am missing out anything, or ways that i can improve the setup.

My current freshwater tank is running at about 29°C for most parts of the year, I'm not sure if fans will help lower it to a stable temp for the tank.
