Starfish seems fine as only lost an arm, but how will the plate do!??? Is starfish even edible if you aren’t a harlequin shrimp?

The plate should be fine, I've had my LPS eat pest starfish in the past with no ill effects, and even though they are a lot smaller I never noticed any issues. The coral will moat likely spit it out in a matter of hours, similar thing happened to me with an LTA eating a massive brittle star!
Beautiful piece by the way!

Thank you! Frost corals located in Texas, picked it up at Reef a Palooza this year!
