Is this too high?
Under AI Prime 16hd at 166% blues

It's looking more grayish than green.
Only green on the edge
I've had a few montis turn dull brown just to come right back when they had the right lighting and parameters.

I actually use them to judge the tank at a quick glance. If my orange monti cap is looking a bit dull I do some testing to make sure things aren't off. It has usually been a great indicator of my alk slipping one direction or the other.

Parameters are all good.
Not sure what PAR it's at under 1 AI Prime but they max out at 90
