Playing w microscope- any ID on these fast movers

I was showing our daughter the ostreopsis dinos we're dealing w, and swapped a green area of tank glass. She saw these green fast moving specks around the dinos, and we're all curious what they are. The popcorn kernel dino is huge in comparison
We spotted a couple pods whizzing around too

I don't, I'm not that skilled at microscopy, but interested in learning!

Hopefully someone chimes in so we both learn! Our daughter jumped back when a pod ripped across the slide, said we have aliens in the water lol
