Please Help 7 Stage BRS RODI with Booster Pump

I set up the filter system in my garage with source water coming off the hot water heater feed line. I live in Florida and have a well for water. The issue I’m having is the booster pump is not turning off when I stop the flow to my water container ,the Anion resin is turning quick and my pressure seems low only at 40. I have watched some YT to see if it’s setup right and it seems to be. Here are some pictures. The flow goes left to right and I have the cation, anion and mixed bed in that order. I just replaced the media and have only made about 20 gallons. I run the waste hose through my garage wall to the outside and the flow seems to be heavy.

I just worked on my system today and am considering installing the booster pump. On your system, do you the have the float valve auto shutoff kit? If you do, you have to also install the pressure switch in between the last stage of your resin to the float. If you don't, the booster will run continuously while plugged in. I’m also not sure if the supply is supposed to be on the hot water or the cold water. I hooked mine to the cold water because in the videos I found it looks like that’s where they hooked theirs. May save some on the energy bill too I’m hoping lol.

Yeah I should have put that it’s connected to the cold water supply line that feeds the hot water heater.

Ok scratch that! I figure out what I was doing wrong. I was leaving the flush valve in the open position the whole time making RO water.

1) Cold water only. 2) The flush valve is counter-intuitive... when the black lever is parallel, it is flushing; when it is perpendicular (and looks like you wouldn't be making RO/DI water), you really are. LOL. 3) If I recall correctly, the booster pump should have an adjustment screw (for a very tiny screwdriver) to essentially make PSI adjustments if you need to. I hope this helps.
