Please help black algae?

Does anyone know what this is? It is growing at the base of some of my acro Corals, and even on my Walt Disney, it grew up the base of the coral. It looks black and crusty. I can pick it off, but it is really hard to do and my Coral won’t grow around it as you can see in the picture with the orange passion.

With out clear pics maybe in white lights it maybe black sponge which is a nightmare to get rid of .

I’ve heard of a few things but it always ends up tearing down the tank . Make sure that’s exactly what you have . First off I’d pick the piece and put it another tank and isolate it while finding out what it is and hopefully it didn’t get in your main tank . This is why it’s a good idea to keep your new frags in a separate tank after giving them a dip to observe as to find out whether they have something like this or others .
