IDK for sure - could be from an injury, but all of the fish seem to have a sort of "bedraggled", cloudy look to them, but they are still eating well - that is a common sign with flukes.

Thanks - quick question - I would consider a prophylactic antibiotic (not in this tank) - but in general

APOLOGIES - I somehow read it as a maroon clown - my total mistake. That fish looks like it is is rough shape - though I understand that you can't remove them. I would consider something like Ruby Reef Pro in your display tank. Though that spot looks like an injury - it also looks like the fins are ragged, and - just not a healthy fish (obviously flukes can do this as well)
Yes he was doing very well and fat before this started. He has gone down hill pretty quickly unfortunately. This was him 10 days ago

I have dosed the prazipro so now the waiting game. Skimmer cup is removed, UV lught off and carbon shut down. Adding airstone as well to be safe.

As @MnFish1 alluded to, the patch on the tang's side could be a secondary bacterial infection that may need antibiotics. That is a fairly common infection with fish that have flukes.

What type of antibiotics? Unfortunately I do it think he’s going to make it. Today his skin seem sunk in and without color on that patch and on the back of him as well. He comes out and swim’s rapidly then ducks back into his cave

Can you send another picture - just for 'an album' - and kanamycin/neomycin/maracyn II. In a hospital tank

Here’s another pic I’m not seeing anything. Sorry about the bubbles I’m trying to keep it oxygenated so there’s millions of bubbles right now.
