Found this little thing hiding away of a coral frag. Please help me with what it is and is it safe? Thanks

It looks like a bristle star that lost 2 arms, they are usually good sand sifters and are harmless, but I'm a beginner too so I think you should wait for opinion of someone who knows more.

Brittle Star minus 2 legs. In theory the 2 missing legs will eventually grow back. It is safe and actually enjoyable to watch. It hangs out behind the rock work and we generally see just the tentacles poking thru the cracks. How big is it?

Mini brittle star. Desirable hitchhiker IMO.
