Please help id this worm!

Have found a worm on my live rock only set up tank yesterday and placed in rock then found this, coral was originally there but died from the fact my water and tank is still fluctuating and nitrates e.c.t still need sorting. Found the worm where dead coral was. Can anyone tell me what it is and if its bad? Or shall I keep it in there, thanks In advance!

My vote goes to the peanut worm, my dad had a bunch when he set his tank up, haven't seen them since
