Please Help ID updated w/video link

My tank is set up about 2 months now and and sure it has to do with new tank algae cycle but never seen this form before. It's not flatworms because it's attached to the rock very securely, and can't be blown off. It is a light brown translucent bubble like some are long and some are round. Does not go away at night.

Its hard to tell from the pics. ANy chance of getting a clearer picture? Im thinking maybe a type of algae but thats a shot in the dark.
