Please help Identify white specs on surfaces

Hello. We have these white spots on the glass, rocks, and hermit shells. They are hard to scrape off. Are these snail eggs? And if so what do we do now?

Hard to tell from pic, but spirorbid worms is the first impression I get from the pic. common filter feeders
